Welcome to the home page of the Optical Communication Systems Laboratory (OCSL).
Take a look at What's New in our web.
The Optical Communication Systems Laboratory (OCSL) within the Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Arizona is mostly concerned with Coding for Optical Channels. The OCSL is directed by Ivan B. Djordjevic who has been involved with research projects in the general areas of optical networks, error control coding, coded-modulation, turbo equalization, OFDM applications, quantum key distribution (QKD), quantum information processing, quantum error correction, wireless communications, and quantum biology.
