Read the following pdf file: PNP Current Mirror and do Excercise 1 at the end of the file.

You can hand it in to Curt Booth in the Main Office

The hand-in consists of a hard copy of your Word document plus

a CD or zip disk or memory stick with copies of the Word Document (in Microsoft Word Format)

and a copy of the Excel spreadsheet.

You may make hand sketches of small-signal circuits used in derivations on the hard copy.

Figure captions should be typed, however.

Late assignments are subject to a penalty.
