Xuefang received the B.S. degree in automation engineering from Wuhan university of science and technology, Wuhan, China, in 2000 and the M.S. degree in communication engineering from Wuhan university of technology, Wuhan, China, in 2003.
She is working at Hangzhou Dianzi university from 2003, and her major research is fiber laser and fiber sensor.
