Editor's Note:

What follows are individual chapters in Microsoft Word Format.

Less work has been done on updating these than the web pages. If there is a difference between the Word version and the web page, the web page is more recent.

If you have this on a CD-ROM you might want to check the downloads page referred to in your Readme.txt file from time to time to see if there is a more recent version there.

If while you are on the Internet viewing this page you open one of the chapters and it loads into Word rather than downloading onto your disk (and you want to be downloading) come back to this page and right-click on the link. In the shortcut menu that comes up, select "Save target as" or the like.

There are no macros in any of these documents.
